God creates a perfect universe in its initial conditions.  Man discoveres God’s reveal knowledge (Descartes).  Kepler and Newton show harmony and order in the Universe (just like Aristotle said id should be) and that the motions of the planets can be precisely understood (because God said up perfect initial conditions)
